ADP SmartCompliance® Version 2.0 Beginning June 27, 2016

Beginning June 27, when logging into ADP SmartCompliance, click the blue button to see your new home page.  Tasks previously found in the Message Center have been moved to a new interface that sorts your work by action; this way you can organize your day easily and focus on the work that really matters.

 

Version 2.0 has many new features and benefits, including:

 

·        The functionality to assign tasks allows you to claim open tasks or re-assign to another user. You’ll see tasks “Assigned to Me” to help with prioritization and visibility to actions required.

·        A new notes functionality allows you to comment on any given task. These comments are intended for use among the user community within your company.

·        The ability to directly upload agency notices via ADP SmartCompliance. Once uploaded, you will have real-time visibility of those notices and can track them throughout their life cycle.

·        In addition to the tasks that need to be completed, you have a window into the work ADP is doing for you. Check out the ‘In Process’ section of the home page to get a view of the work that ADP is currently working on.

·        Looking for something specific? Go to ‘Processes’ to narrow down your search for a specific amendment, or see what you have open in different services.

·        Amendment and agency notice workflows are directly accessible through the new task-based work management experience.

·        For amendments, you can see employee-level line detail, as well as visible progress and next steps of each amendment. Amendment files and reports are consolidated in a single location, and a tax summary shows a simple breakdown of the tax due and any refund on the amendment.

·        For agency notices, you can also see progress and next steps of each notice. You’ll be able to make notes and send information directly to the ADP Notice Researcher. If ADP requires any additional items from you, they will be clearly displayed within the In Progress area. Links will be provided for any prior, subsequent, and duplicate notices.

·        The user management experience, for adding and managing users, has improved from 37 steps to three. By leveraging existing employee profiles, user set up now takes just a few minutes; simply copy an existing employees’ permissions onto your new user.

·        Remember you can go back to the original homepage while we work to bring you further improvements. Everything remains in sync all the time, so you can choose the best workflow for you.

·        Check Management enhancements to feature stop payments and reversals.
