As part of your ACA annual reporting requirement, you will be distributing Form 1095-C to your full-time employees no later than January 31st for the previous calendar year. The form contains information they may need to report as part of their income tax submission. A communications toolkit is available to you to make sure they’re aware, so you both can avoid headaches and extra paperwork.
