Employee Solutions Center is now MyLife Advisors

You may have noticed a change to how we refer to our employee solutions center. We’ve come to realize that a call center sounds largely impersonal for a place where employees want genuine answers to their questions. We removed the singular call center destination and we are now referring to our center and representatives as MyLife Advisors. You will see this reflected in our marketing materials and in your interactions with the service center. 

A few common ways a MyLife Advisor can support you and your employees:   

  • Understanding MyLife tools - Benefits self-service support, understanding the enrollment process, and questions about paychecks.
  • Navigating the uncharted moments in life - Guidance on who to speak with when having a baby, assistance with adoption resources or elder care.
  • Preparing for the future- Access to professional career coaching or continuing education courses to help with career advancement.
  • Employee discounts - How to access your exclusive savings on what you need like hotels, car rentals, restaurants, groceries and more.
