Surprises Can Motivate Employees

The element of surprise can help promote engagement and drive employee productivity. At least every 4 - 6 weeks, consider surprising top performing teams or employees with a unique experience, such as:

  • An ice cream social or pizza party
  • A team outing to an escape room
  • A food truck picnic outside the building 

Consider your employees' interests and let your imagine run wild.  The trick is to do something - don't let time get away from you!
