You recently received an email about an easy sign-in option that lets you sign in to Workforce Now® when you forget your password — without having to create a new one! We got such a positive response, we thought… Why stop now?

Say hello to codeless registration
Until today, you had to enter a special registration code when you registered on ADP Workforce Now®. Now, if your registration code is lost or expired, you don’t need to contact a company admin or MyLife Advisor to continue the registration process.
Well, we’ve got good news: Registration just got easier.
Now, if your registration code is lost or expired, you don’t need to contact a company admin or MyLife Advisor to continue the registration process.
Just verify your identity with the email address or mobile phone number on file — and voila! You’re in the portal and back in action. If you can’t remember the email address or mobile phone number on file, we’ll find it for you using a little personal info. (It doesn’t get easier than that!)
Here's how it works
If you know your registration code, you can register using this code as normal. However, there are two new options that let you register without a code.
If you have a unique email and/or mobile phone number:
1. Head to Workforce Now.
2. Click “Sign up.”
3. Select the “Find me with email/mobile” option.
4. Give us your email or mobile phone number.
5. Click "Continue."
6. Enter your verification code (valid for 15 minutes).
7. When prompted, enter additional contact info.
8. Create a user ID and password.
If you can’t remember the email address or mobile phone number on file:
1. Head to Workforce Now.
2. Click “Sign up.”
3. Select the “Find me with email/mobile” option.
4. Click the “Help us find you” option.
5. When prompted, enter your personal info.
6. Click “Continue.”
7. Update your contact info and click “Continue.”
8. Create a user ID and password.
