As part of your ACA annual reporting requirements, you will be distributing Forms 1095-C to all applicable employees no later than March 2nd. In order to prepare employees for these Forms and to assist you in your educational efforts, we have an ACA Communications Toolkit available to you. The communication tools are available for download so that you may e-mail or print and distribute them to your employees.
Please ensure that you update the materials included in the toolkit to reflect the changes to the deadlines in light of the IRS Extensions for the 2016 reporting year. You can make the appropriate changes by using the editable .doc versions provided.
