If your state sends you a notice that your unemployment insurance rate or deposit frequency is changing in 2022 please let us know! It is important to keep this information up to date so the correct deposits are made for your company. Failure to do so could cause ADP to file with incorrect rates and frequencies resulting in an underpayment or overpayment of taxes and rejected filings by the agency.

What is a SUI rate?

SUI is an employer funded tax, and the SUI rate is the percentage assigned to an employer by a state unemployment agency. SUI rates differ by state.
