We are pleased to announce the Integrations Dashboard feature will be available for clients utilizing Benefits Carrier Connections and Benefits API Connections in ADP Workforce Now® on June 7, 2024.
This feature enhancement is designed to streamline the operations and enhance the user experience by grouping the display by type or status in one panel screen view. By showing key components of the connection, users can view up to date information on scheduled files, identify and correct employee errors, and review vendor setup details and scheduling for understanding of the connection. The feature can be found by navigating to Process > Tools > Integrations Dashboard.
The functionality for Carrier Connections will remain consistent with the existing features available under Reports and Analytics > My Connections > All Connections.
