ADP® has made, and is continuing to make, some necessary changes to our Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for ADP Workforce Now®. The changes may impact your ability to access ADP Workforce Now. To keep service running smoothly, we recommend adding some new IP addresses to any “allow lists” you may have. We do not recommend deleting any IP addresses.

As part of our continual effort to provide you the best experience possible, ADP® is making some necessary changes to our Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for ADP Workforce Now®. The changes may impact your ability to access ADP Workforce Now®.

Who is impacted?
Companies that use “Allowlisting” as a method to ensure proper security precautions are taken for incoming and outgoing network traffic.
What do you need to do?
1. Connect with your IT department or provider to determine if your company uses this type of cybersecurity.
2. If so, provide them the below list of IP addresses that will need to be “Allowlisted.” To keep service running smoothly, we recommend adding these IP addresses to any “allow lists” you may have. We do not recommend deleting any IP addresses you currently have on file.
