Important info for Year End change requests
The busiest time of the year will be here before you know it!Now is the time to start thinking about your critical business needs and deadlines that may fall around the Year End Season.As always, ADP® Comprehensive Services is committed to supporting your business needs, and we’d like to take this opportunity to provide you with some important information on our Year End change requests process.
What you need to know
- To help us meet or exceed your expectations, we ask that you begin notifying us of your Change Requests as soon as possible. This will allow us to effectively manage our resources, while giving our teams time to complete the work by Year End or the first payroll of the new year.
- The official deadline for change requests is Friday, Oct. 11, 2024. If you submit your request after this deadline, we may not be able to meet your requested production date.
- All requests will be evaluated for resource availability. During Year End, we prioritize change requests by the requested production date, available resources, and impact to statutory requirements such as tax filing.
- If we are not able to staff your request to meet a January production date, we will notify you and target a February production date.
- Please keep in mind the typical project durations (below) when determining how soon to submit your requests. Some projects have longer durations than others, which will impact our ability to meet your desired production date, regardless of the deadlines above.

- When submitting your change requests, please provide the milestone dates and contact info to the best of your ability. We will reach out to the primary contact for the case to confirm the request information before we begin.
