One Time Passcode

ADP® Comprehensive Services has rolled out One-Time Passcodes (OTPs) as means for caller identification and authentication to help protect your information from fraudulent activity. To ensure OTPs work seamlessly, please take 1 minute to add/update your mobile phone number and/or email address in our ADP platform.

7 Easy Steps to Update your Profile:

1. Using your regular credentials, log in to our ADP Workforce Now.
2. Select Myself.
3. Select Contact Information.
4. Update mobile phone number and/or email address (only add or update in one field).
5. Click Save.
6. Click on the Activate Email/Mobile Tab.
7. Follow the steps to activate your email and/or mobile phone number.
