The Insightful Actions Dashboard is now live!
Insightful Actions are proactive, intelligent notifications designed to help you stay ahead of important tasks inside of ADP® Workforce Now.
The Insightful Actions Dashboard is where you can review details, make updates and submit changes directly. You can access this dashboard through the following pathway: Process > HR > Insightful Actions. As an authorized practitioner, you can also customize the dashboard view and email notification preferences.
Insightful Actions will notify you when:
- An employee has an incorrect or temporary Social Security number, and/or
- An employee’s pay rate falls below federal, state, local or municipal minimum wage.
