We’ve made several important updates to the ADP® Wage Garnishments COVID-19 updates site that you should know about. The changes follow the Jan. 20, 2021 memorandum signed by President Biden to request the suspension of student loans past Jan. 31, 2021, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

What you need to know
The U.S. Department of Education (DOE) Office of Federal Student Aid website confirms the suspension of student loan payments until Sept. 30, 2021. For more details, please refer to the Student Aid site.
During this time, we will continue to return payments addressed to the DOE until further notice.
We are closely monitoring all developments, and we will be updating our client microsite as more details become available from the DOE.
