Did you know the information on your ADP W-2 can easily be imported into many leading tax preparation service provider's software?

When your employees use these tax providers' products and/or services to prepare their tax return, they can authorize the automatic import of their W-2 information. Employee information is only provided to a tax preparer at the employee's specific request. When employees allow their W-2 information to be imported, they avoid data entry errors and improve the accuracy of their tax returns.

Some tax preparers require the EIN number so they can provide a seamless import experience for the user. ADP will provide your EIN (and nothing more) to these tax preparers automatically. The EIN umber will be stored in the tax preparer's secure environment and will be used for the sole purpose of importing W-2 information.

Some tax preparers also enable the customer to present their last ADP pay stub for the tax year along with personal identification information to authorize the import of the W-2 information.
