Employees are entitled leave for the purposes of voting in any state election or when they are an elector in any special election for United States senator, representative in Congress, state senator, or state representative.

To be eligible for such leave, the employee must request the time off at least two working days prior to the date of the election.

Amount of Leave:

Employees are entitled to use up to two hours of unpaid time off for the purposes of voting.
