The busiest time of the year will be here before you know it!  Now is the time to start thinking about your critical business needs and deadlines that may fall around the Year End Season.  As always, ADP® Comprehensive Services is committed to supporting your business needs, and we’d like to take this opportunity to provide you with some important information on our Year End change requests process.

We are pleased to offer you access to two Tax Awareness Guides. The first guide will serve as a valuable tool to connect you with resources related to key tax topics such as SmartCompliance system navigation and ID updates. The second guide will help you with Year End tasks, Form W-2 preparations and reports. 

ADP® has made, and is continuing to make, some necessary changes to our Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for ADP Workforce Now®. The changes may impact your ability to access ADP Workforce Now. To keep service running smoothly, we recommend adding some new IP addresses to any “allow lists” you may have. We do not recommend deleting any IP addresses.

We are pleased to announce the Integrations Dashboard feature will be available for clients utilizing Benefits Carrier Connections and Benefits API Connections in ADP Workforce Now® on June 7, 2024.
