When you purchase Direct Mail service, ADP will mail Year-End Forms W-2/1099 directly to continental United States employees, helping you save time during this busy season.

It is important to note that the Department of Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico changed the requirements for paying Christmas bonuses with the enactment of the Labor Transformation and Flexibility Act of 2017 (PC 0453) in January 2017.

If you want time to preview your tax reports and Forms W-2/1099, make previous quarter adjustments to your payroll, or even want to request Direct Mail service; you can request ADP to place your company codes on a ‘Print Hold’.
