California Updates Guidance & Resources for New Pay Data Reporting Rules Monday, April 3, 2023 | Comprehensive Service California’s Civil Rights Division (CRD) has released updated guidance and resources to reflect recent changes to the pay data reporting requirements for employers with 100 or more employees. The changes were a result of the enactment of Senate Bill 1162. ADP is in the process of updating your payroll system to generate a fileable version of the employee pay data report. The fileable version is expected to be available in mid-April 2023.
